In the North East LHIN:
Daily:8 am to 8 pm
Except Dec. 25: 8 am to 4 pm.

In the North West LHIN:
Weekdays: 8:30 am to 8:30 pm
Weekends: 9 am to 5:30 pm
Except Dec.25, Dec. 28 and
Jan. 1: 9 am to 5:30 pm

Note: Our answering service is available 24 hours, which will escalate urgent calls to our administrator on call should a need arise.

Throughout the holiday season, our contracted service providers will continue to provide essential patient services.
