The all-day forum features more than a dozen presenters sharing innovations and best practices, a panel discussion on how to create healthy, resilient and inclusive communities, and an opportunity to help the NE LHIN move forward on its three year plan for making mental health and substance abuse services more accessible.

*If you are traveling from another community and plan to stay the night in Sudbury, a block of rooms has been reserved at the Radisson Hotel, 85 St. Anne’s Road, in Sudbury for a special rate. However, they will only be held until Feb. 18th. Participants need to make their own hotel reservations by calling the Radisson at 1 800-333-3333, and mentioning the block of rooms reserved under the “LHIN.” No participant travel costs will be covered by the LHIN for this Forum.
