Primary Care Lead – Sudbury
The Primary Care Physician Lead roles are intended to strengthen and focus the efforts of local primary care providers and the NE LHIN to address local challenges. The Primary Care Lead roles will act primarily as champions and strong strategic communicators between the primary care sector and the NE LHIN. The Primary Care Physician Lead roles will help ensure that the extensive resources and capabilities in the primary health care sector are fully utilized in an integrated fashion to ensure the efficient attainment of local health system priorities, while also providing strategic advice to the NE LHIN in facilitating enhancements to the primary care sector.
