Integrated Health Service Plan
Overview
On November 30 2009, the NE LHIN published its 2010-2013 Integrated Health Service Plan (IHSP). The IHSP outlines the region’s health care priorities (nine) for the next three years.It was put together with the input of people from all across the NE LHIN region.
The NE LHIN’s first IHSP was published in 2006 and outlines priorities that helped to form the basis of health system transformation within North East Ontario.
Current Priorities
The 2010-2013 IHSP reflects the collective thoughts and expectations of people, patients, families, health service providers, executives and health service organization boards of directors from across North East Ontario.
We will continue to actively listen to the people we serve – challenging the way health care is delivered in North East Ontario to ensure our vision of ‘health and wellness for all’ remains a reality.
