Sudbury ALC Community Steering Group

In December 2008 the first meeting of newly created ALC Community Steering Group was held in Sudbury. The group, which is co-chaired by the NE LHIN and the Sudbury Physician Task Force, includes a spectrum of community partners who will serve as a coordinating body to implement programs and initiatives related to the ALC challenge in Sudbury.

The Steering Group will draw on the expertise within each represented organization to develop solutions to move key priorities forward to alleviate ALC pressures.

The Steering Group met on January 12, 2009 and approved their terms of reference. They also developped an action plan which will be approved at the next meeting on January 28, 2009.
