Community Mental Health Common Assessment Pilot Information Workshop

Date

January 8th and 9th
Sudbury at the Holiday Inn, 1696 Regent Street.

Workshop Description

The intent of the workshop is to give our organizations the opportunity to understand how you may participate in the Community Mental Health Common Assessment Project (CMH CAP) NE LHIN pilot. The pilot, which was recently approved by our Board, will be testing the implementation approach across a LHIN for the common assessment. Specifically, this workshop is expected to help:

   1. Clarify your expectations
   2. Review the Common Assessment ( OCAN )
   3. Begin to address business process and change management
   4. Understand roles required for the pilot

We recommend a maximum of 3 individuals from your organization attend this meeting. This would include representation from the following areas: an executive lead, IT lead and a clinical lead.
